This position gave me valuable insight and experience in the realm of community service while affording me the opportunity to work with many great individuals from all walks of life.

Assisted local law enforcement and the community at large by providing financial incentives to anonymous individuals who provided information that led to the arrest or conviction of a criminal. During my tenure on this board, I was fortunate to experience working closely with the Police and Sheriff's departments, the District Attorney's office, and local business leaders to maintain a safe and prosperous community.

Although I earned this award 20 years ago, I still consider it one of my greatest achievements. For my final project, I was able to provide over five tons of food for the local volunteer food bank and remodel their facilities to more efficiently store and rotate their goods.
